Based on the profile status you select, your resume shall be accessible to potential employers. We may offer you to receive text messages from Sapience when an Employer is interested in your resume/job profile when an employer seeks to contact you based on your resume or has responded to your application. In such an event, you represent & confirm that we can send you text messages, emails, or reminders, and you agree to accept such messages on your mobile number and registered email.

We may share your information with a parent, subsidiary, or other affiliate of our corporate group. We may share your information in connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as the sale of a site, a merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy.

We will keep your information as long as necessary to carry out our obligations to you or as long as we legally need it by law. We cannot remove your information when there is a legal storage requirement, such as bookkeeping rules or other legal grounds exist to keep the information.
